Every brain is different.

Every brain belongs here.

If you’ve ever felt overwhelmed by your own brain…

Or you’re raising a child you want to understand and protect…
Or you’re tired of trying to “fix” yourself or someone you love…

You’re in the right place

Scatterbrain isn’t just about ADHD or mental health —
it’s about humanity.

It’s about learning how our brains work, building self-acceptance, supporting our nervous system, and creating connection — one person, one family, one brave heart at a time.

Some people arrive here looking for answers.
Some are looking for language.
Some are just looking for a place to breathe for a second.

Scatterbrain— Built From Experience

Scatterbrain isn’t just a resource.

It’s a movement.

This space didn’t come from a textbook. It came from lived experience — from parenting, late diagnosis, burnout, and learning the hard way that trying harder doesn’t work for ADHD brains.

Scatterbrain exists because understanding changes everything. When kids understand their brains, shame loosens its grip. When adults understand theirs, they finally get to breathe.

This isn’t about fixing people.

It’s about helping them feel safe enough to grow.

It wasn't until college I learned there was a name for this — ADHD. But honestly? Labels have given me a lot of clarity and understanding but it still doesn’t share the whole story. Every single brain is different. Some of us are louder. Some are wiggly. Some of us process slower. Some of us carry more than people realize. None of that makes us broken. It just makes us human.

I have a Master’s in Social Work, but more importantly, I have lived what it feels like to freeze when words won’t come, to spiral in shame, to wonder why I can’t just “be normal.” And now, as a mom of four kids — most with ADHD, and all demonstrate it completely differently — I see that truth every single day! No two brains look the same, even under the same roof. For instance, what overwhelms one of my kids can motivate another. What helps one of them reset doesn’t work at all for the others. And that’s okay!

I created Scatterbrain, not as a business plan, but as a soft place with a big purpose. A place to embrace differences and build our own unique toolkits that allow each of us to be successful while also feeling comfortable in our skin and remaining true to ourselves.

Around here you will find—
✨ Organizational tools, strategies, and hacks
✨ Empathy without judgement, and a splash of humor
✨ Scripts for high-emotion moments when your brain goes blank
✨ Reset tools to calm the nervous system without shame
✨ Courses that help kids understand themselves and grow with confidence

I truly believe humanity can be restored when we stop trying to “fix” people, embrace our differences, and utilize tools and strategies that work for us, not against us.

Remember, you can be scattered and still be sacred. You can be a work in progress and a whole masterpiece. And no matter where you fall on the continuum of human brains —
