A LITTLE WAY BACK TO YOU

Find My Spark

Okay. Let's go looking for signs of you.

Not a whole new you. Not your life's purpose. We're just looking for the little things that make you feel more awake, curious, excited โ€” or simply more like yourself.

we only need a flicker
LET'S FIND IT
FIRST THINGS FIRST

What gives you even a tiny little YES?

Don't overthink it. We're not choosing your new personality. Just notice what makes some tiny part of you go... Grab anything that lights up.

oooooh wait I like that
YOUR LITTLE PILE OF YES SO FAR

Don't turn this into homework. Just look at your little pile.

Is there anything they have in common? More freedom? More movement? More people? Less people? Creating? Novelty? Quiet? Something that feels completely yours?

You don't need the right answer. We're just getting curious about what seems to make you come a little more online.
A FEW CLUES

Okay. Let's get a little

nosy

Because your spark isn't always hiding inside some forgotten hobby or giant dream.

Sometimes it's hiding in what you notice, miss, envy, keep thinking about โ€” or immediately talk yourself out of.

lets go looking
CLUE ONE

What have you been a little jealous of lately?

stay with me

Not necessarily I want their house, hair, job, relationship, life. Sometimes jealousy is just information.

Someone does something and some tiny part of you thinks, I wish I could do that.

What part are you actually reacting to?

theres a clue

CLUE TWO

What do you keep talking yourself out of?

oh this one gets us

You know the thing. It pops into your head and your brain immediately produces seventeen very reasonable reasons not to do it.

This stays right here on your screen.

okay notice that

You keep thinking about Your brain has apparently submitted this request more than once.

We're not signing you up today. We're not making a plan. We're not buying supplies.

But instead of immediately responding with too expensive / no time / I'd probably suck at it ...

what if wanting to try it was allowed to be information all by itself?

You don't have to justify wanting something before you're allowed to notice that you want it.
CLUE THREE

What did you love before you needed to be good at it?

yep were going there

Before it needed to be productive. Before it could make money. Before anybody could see it. Before you compared yourself to someone who was better at it.

What did you just like?

No one is grading this either.

that still gets to count

You wrote It doesn't have to be impressive. Useful. Productive. Marketable. Or even make sense to anybody else.

If some version of you felt more alive when there was more of that around, that's worth knowing.

You don't have to earn your way back to it.
see what we just did

We started listening for you.

Not the useful version of you. Not the responsible version. Not the version who keeps everything moving.

The part of you that wants things, notices things, misses things, gets jealous sometimes, gets curious, and keeps quietly bringing things back up.

Those aren't instructions. You don't have to chase every want or turn every clue into a life change.

But maybe we stop automatically dismissing them before they even get a chance.

You haven't disappeared. We just found a few places where you're still tapping on the glass. and now we're going to do something very small with that โ†“
BEFORE YOU GO ANYWHERE

Okay. Give it one tiny yes

Not a new personality. Not a twelve-step plan. Not a promise to completely reinvent your life by Monday.

Just one piece of evidence that the things that make you feel more like you are allowed to matter.

we can work with one little yes
SO WHAT WOULD COUNT TODAY

How much spark do you have room for?

Tiny is real. Big is allowed. Pick the version that sounds possible โ€” or exciting โ€” today.

yes that counts

Okay. Now go make your life a little more yours.

Maybe that means doing the big thing you've been talking yourself out of.

Maybe it means doing something tiny simply because you like it.

Maybe you don't know yet. Cool. Start noticing. Follow the little pulls. Get curious about what makes you laugh harder, stay longer, light up, lose track of time, or think, ohhh, I want more of that.
You don't need to know where any of it is going. You just have to stop automatically talking yourself out of what makes you come alive. go find out what happens
AND IF YOU WANT A LITTLE COMPANY

I'm around.

For the stuck days, the overwhelmed days, the what the hell is my brain doing days โ€” or whenever you just want something useful.

SHOW ME WHAT ELSE YOU'VE GOT you can always find your way back here too
